Around 20,000 Cable Customers Went Without Service on Sunday

North Carolina customers using Time Warner Cable on Sunday faced problems both with its Internet and cable service. As per reports, approximately 20,000 customers were out of cable service on Sunday.

The company revealed the issue at around 6 pm on Sunday on a Twitter feed. “Customers in the Carolinas, we are currently working on resolving an issue causing service problems. No (estimated time of restoration) at this time”, the company wrote in its Tweet.
